Job Description
The Telesales Manager has direct responsibility for Telesales Agents performance. The Manager will manage daily sales objectives. In addition, the Manager will train and develop agents to exceed their sales goals. The Manager is responsible for inbound/outbound telephone calls from various marketing partners, customers and owners with the intention of selling vacation packages. The Manager is expected to provide outstanding customer service in alignment with our quality assurance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Two (2) years sales management experience with inbound & outbound telesales, specifically with vacation ownership programs.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to lead & mentor a team.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Licensing as required by state laws & regulations.
Preferred:
Reservations systems experience.
Experience with campaign management systems.
SKILLS

Ability to lead agents in a positive and progressive manner while being results oriented.
