Job Description
The Recruiter is involved with ensuring an applicant pool rich in quality, quantity & diversity in order to identify and hire the best-qualified candidate(s), from within or outside of an organization, for job vacancies in a timely and cost effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
At least three (3) years of Human Resources experience.
At least two (2) years of Recruitment experience.
One (1) year of project management experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Existing local recruitment network.
Preferred:
Previous experience in the vacation ownership or timeshare industry.
College degree in a related field.
SKILLS
Required:
Proven ability to develop recruitment action plans to ensure quality, quantity and diversity.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent document formatting and design skills.
Ability to learn additional computer software.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Excellent public speaking skills.
Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
Initiative and adaptability.
Detail oriented, able to provide a high level of accuracy.
Professional presentation and appearance.
Preferred:
Ability to communicate in other languages.
