What we are looking for and what you can expect:
It cannot be stressed enough; you are committed to prospecting new business by hunting for new customers each and every day (this means serious lead generation, networking, and of course, fearless cold calling!).
Your eyes are on the prize as you maximize sales productivity at every turn, pinpointing your customers needs and recommending just the right products for the job
You are committed to staying at the top of your game, continuously updating your knowledge of our products, services and industry trends
Qualifications:
Must have a proven track record of successfully closing sales
Knowledge and skills for crafting creative and effective sales approaches and solutions
At least two years in Inside Sales Rep with a proven history of achievements in a commissioned quota driven environment
At least one year of customer portfolio management experience is a plus
Ability to spot new business opportunities and develop new accounts throughout your assigned territory
Can generate detailed reporting on your sales activities, billing, and rate plan analysis
A Bachelors degree is ideal, but not required
Organization and time management
Ability to finesse highly complex customer issues like a pro
Sharp presentation skills is required
Prior Timeshare and/or Recruitment Industry knowledge is a plus
